Where is Abades?
Abades is a neighbourhood located in the south-east of Tenerife. It belongs to the municipality of Arico (Tenerife – Islas Canarias).
Abades is a small family-friendly holiday village. Perfect for relaxing and recharge the batteries. Thanks to its wide coastal environment you can enjoy long walks along the coast and summer sports all year long. Only 150 m away from the apartment, you can find a sports area (where to play tennis, basketball and football), a children playground and green areas. The closest beach is a black sand one (formed from volcanic remnants) and access to it is disabled-people friendly. There is a path leading to another beach where you can go diving. The path goes all the way to the Porís lighthouse, a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. The village is very lively and, a part from the beach, you can visit the central square, surrounded by many bars and restaurant where you can savour Canarian cuisine along with international options as well.
